Day 8

Okay, so I feel awesome... clothes all fit wonderful!
I lost 7 lbs since last Monday! Whoo hoo!!!

Today, I am traveling in a car for 3 1/2 hours each direction!
So I decided not to exercise or drink as much water.
I am still doing my food plan, just no drinking 13 glasses like I did yesterday!
I don't think this will mess me up too much.
Let's see what tomorrow brings!

Day 7- Going Strong

April 27, 2014
Day 7

I feel great!  I have been following my Isagenix plan to the T for the past 7 days!
On Day 4 I weighed myself and saw that I lost 4 lbs.
I can feel that I have lost inches.
My skin is sooooo smooth!
I can't wait to see how much I have lost at the end of these 30 days!
Now, not all days have been as easy as this weekend was!

My 1st cleanse day was horrible.
I felt horrible releasing all those toxins.
I got Niacin flush with my first cleanse.  Then I got a complete
upset stomach and was feeling as though I was going to vomit with my 3rd one of the day.
I felt so bad, I didn't take the last cleanse. (wishing I did now...)

Day 2 of my cleanse was awesome!
I felt great all day!

I have been working out with my Hip Hop abs videos.
I have exercised for 4 of the 7 days.
I only skipped the 2nd day because I was sore.
You are not supposed to exercise on cleanse days.

I am excited to start week 2 to see even more progress!

I started using Fitness Pal to track my calories...
I ate very clean and healthy for dinner all week!
I am so proud of myself.
Every day I drank at least 8-12 cups of water!
Whoo hoo... this is a person who wouldn't even drink 1 a day!

I am grateful for....
drinking water
exercising
stretching
brita water bottles
Isagenix shakes ( I do love them!)
IsaSnacks- love them too
E+
want more energy
supportive husband and kids (who also have eaten well all week)
perseverance
drive
sleep!

Day 1- My journey to a new lifestyle!

Day 1
April 21, 2014

Today is the day that I change my lifestyle.  I have been happy being lazy for too long.  I have gained so much weight over the past 5 years and I have been happy to do it!  Well today is the day that I decide to stop making excuses and take a step towards a happier life!

My friend Susan introduced me to Isagenix many months ago but I wasn't ready to change my way of life.  I didn't want to work at loosing weight.  I just wasn't ready.
She posted a challenge that her group was doing that is a 30 day challenge.
I knew right away that I was ready!
It is a 30 day commitment (not really- I don't have to do anything), but I am committing 30 days to this nutrition and changing my personal choices in food!
I am giving up some of my favorites for 30 days... (no food network- number 1, no cheese or dressings, no processed food, no SODA)
Hardest part- I am going away for a girls weekend where we love to bring favorite foods and eat and drink fun drinks all weekend... will I have the will power to stick with my nutrition plan and exercise plan while away... we will see!!!
30 days of commitment... here I go!

I woke up today and felt kinda lost at what to do first.
I felt like I needed to take my before photos (not posting those- uh!)
I measured myself to track inches released.
I weighed myself to track pounds released.
I drank my Ionix Supreme and 8 oz of water.
Then had my Shake and Natural Accelerator capsule.
Late morning snack- e+ drink (I wanted some extra energy for my 1st workout!)
Did Hip Hop Abs - Cardio.
Drank 16 oz of water.
Now I am blogging... ready to have my Shake for lunch and 16 more oz of water.

I am most excited to get rid of all the toxins in my body and reteach it how to eat healthy!
Great start to Day 1.
Can't wait to feel results (honestly- I am already feeling results... I am so energized!)
Check back tomorrow to see how my night goes!
Here is the challenge...

Want to join me... ( I highly suggest it )

I would have added more e+ drinks and Isadelights to my Pacesetter pak!!!
